1. Utility of Oxford Nanopore Technology for Hepatitis C virus Whole Genome Sequencing and Identification of Viral Quasispecies
(Masters' thesis, Associated with National Institute Of Virology - India)
This study enlightens, optimization of this sequencing method (using a Rapid Barcoding Kit for library generation) to sequence highly variant HCV genome along with a comparative study by Sanger Di-deoxy Sequencing platform. Updated Bioinformatics pipelines are being used in this study for data analysis and to detect HCV Quasispecies.
2. Isolation and Characterization of airborne microorganism near a clinical health center.
